My Sisters' Visits

Recently both of my sisters came to Lingle to visit us but missed each other by two days. Nick and Lindi came Tuesday, July 27th and 28th. They drove from Las Vegas to attend Nick's brother, Matt's, wedding at the Denver Temple. So, they drove an extra 3 hours (making their trip a total of 14 hours) out of the way to see us. How great is that?! We had a great time together. We grilled hamburgers, played pool, and let Nick and Lindi catch up on some sleep. On Friday the 30th, we drove down to Ft. Collins, CO, to meet Nick and Lindi for breakfast before they drove back home. We also stretched our legs at a local park before saying goodbye. It was so good to see Nick and Lindi, and we really appreciate their extra efforts to visit us.

Our Little Family

Katie and Richard came August 1st - 3rd. Their timing was perfect, as the entire town of Lingle was without electricity for 24 hours. We were very excited when the power came back on Monday afternoon. Katie and Richard came to help us install a new garage door and opener. The new garage door has been amazing. We actually use our garage now, and we park our new Chevy Trailblazer EXT in the garage. Yes, we got a new car, too. We thought it was time since we both were driving our cars from high school. Bob and Rich did a great job. Rich's skills were extremely useful, and we couldn't have done it without him! We had lots of fun going out to lunch, grilling, playing cards and pool, and playing with Addie. Thanks again, Katie and Richard. We truly appreciate your love and support!

I'm so lucky to have such wonderful sisters who are always willing to show their love through their efforts! Thanks for coming to visit, Lindi and Katie. You're welcome back anytime! Love you!
